FAQ

Will it hallucinate?

Some, sometimes. The job is to design the system so hallucinations are bounded, surfaced honestly, and failure modes are acceptable to the business. We use grounding, evaluation harnesses, retrieval, and review steps to keep outputs trustworthy.

Are you building agents or workflows?

Both, depending on the problem. Agents work for open-ended exploration. Workflows work for predictable, auditable processes. Most business problems we encounter are workflows with one or two model calls in them.

What about data privacy?

We design with data scope in mind. We can keep work in your tenant, use private endpoints, redact PII before model calls, or run open-weight models on infrastructure you control. The right answer depends on your sensitivity and budget.
